18 healthy habits to kickstart 2018

Happy New Year!!!

2018 is here, and it brings along the refreshing new energy of a promising start. Every 1st of January I like to write down my resolutions on paper, so that I can always look back on them throughout the year.

Here are my 18 resolutions for personal growth in 2018:

  1. Put down your phone when you are out with people
  2. Eat whole foods as much as possible
  3. Keep healthy snacks at home and at work
  4. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day
  5. Get 7-9 hours of sleep per night
  6. Watch a new documentary monthly
  7. Say no to β€œSNOOZE”
  8. Eat breakfast every day
  9. Spend more time outdoors in the sun
  10. Commit to learning a new language
  11. Spend quality time with your loved ones
  12. Turn screens off 1 hour before going to bed
  13. Listen to more music
  14. Have a tech-free day once a month
  15. Eat your 5-a-day
  16. Read at least one book per month
  17. Follow a budget
  18. Drink warm lemon water first thing in the morning
