Hi there you guys! I just finished reading Elizabeth is Missing, and I loved every single aspect of it! It was marvellously written, and Emma Healey did an outstanding job at dealing so tactfully and poetically with such delicate topics such as Alzheimer’s and Senile Dementia. The mystery plot line was great and engaging top to end. This is definitely a book I would recommend.
Have you also all finished reading it? What are your thoughts on the story?
I will be having a little Live Book Club Chat on the 3rd of February at 4 pm (GMT+1). Not only will I be discussing my thoughts on Elizabeth is Missing, but I will also introduce you to my February Book Club choice, which I will be revealing tomorrow, so stay tuned!
In order to participate to the Live Book Club Chat, you only have to follow me on Instagram.
In the meantime, here are my introductory questions for you: Do you believe that it was Frank to kill Sukey? Why do you think Douglas escaped to the States?
I can’t wait to chat with you all! If you have any questions, requests, or suggestions for our future Book Clubs, please do let me know in the comments below!
Goodbye for now! Have a lovely rest of the week!
